We love taking the Carrot Town Garage Car Club to the Sywell Classic Motoring Show at Sywell Aerodrome in Northamptonshire, and this year was no exception.
The sun came out for the weekend and despite the fuel shortages a few members made it for both of the event days. The show was spectacular with drag racing, motor racing and the aerobatic stunt planes were amazing.
For me and many of the people there the highlight was seeing a Supermarine Spitfire and a Messerschmitt BF109 dog fighting above the airfield.
The array of cars and car clubs was spectacular and there were also some really rare cars that had turned up too such as a brand new Corvette C8.
We all had such a good time that we were all still sitting chatting long after the show had ended - we're already planning next year's visit!
